FOREST HILL EXTENSION
Forest Hill Extension is just that, an extension of Forest Hill. However, these homes, primarily detached single family homes, are not quite as expensive. Offering a peaceful family neighborhood with transportation options, shopping, and is removed from the "Hustle and Bustle".

FOREST KNOLLS

WESTWOOD HIGHLANDS
This upscale but affordable community is based below and south of Mt. Davidson. It is a quiet neighborhood surrounded by other very similar neighborhoods filled with detached Craftsman style homes.

WESTWOOD PARK
If you are looking for affordability and want to be secluded in a nice neighborhood, then Westwood Park is a great option, providing the conveniences of Ocean Avenue while living in somewhat of a suburban setting.
