Julianne was born and raised in the NOPA district of San Francisco amongst a family of professional property managers. She started to learn the craft of real estate investment by watching her father and grandmother own and manage several multi-unit residential and mixed-use buildings within San Francisco and up and down the west coast. Upon earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University, she worked as a Commercial Real Estate agent there. She built on her earlier knowledge of real estate, successfully closing 7 transactions within the first 3 months of obtaining her license. In 2011, Julianne returned to San Francisco and joined Spinnaker Real Estate Group, working with our clients to help them find their "niche" in San Francisco. In her free time, Julianne enjoys sports, traveling, spending time with her family and her dog, Theo.
